Size S Vintage 1990s Button Front Midi Dress

Vintage 1990s midi length dress in a floral fabric with black background, feels like rayon. Buttons down front, flutter sleeves, lacing at back, sewn-in inset in front with lace trim. There are shoulder pads which can be easily removed. ***Fabric has some slight fading*** Labels have been removed, should fit size small. Measures about 37" around bust, 33" around waist, length is 44". Fabric does not stretch. Shown on a size small model with 34" bust.
