Size S Vintage 1990s Classique Collection High Waist Shorts

Vintage 1990s high waisted shorts in a medium weight rayon fabric, dark blue with light blue and green floral design. Shorts pleated to waistband at front, back waistband is elastic. Flared fit. Has pockets. Label says Classique Collection, 100% Rayon, Made in Canada, Size Small on tag. Shorts measure 24" around waist, stretching to about 28", rise is 14", inseam is 8". Fabric does not stretch. This is a pre-loved, vintage second hand item.
