Size S Vintage 1990s Creme Embroidered Mini Dress

Vintage 1990s mini dress in a sheer blue fabric over a solid blue lining. Cord embroidery on bust, lace flower spaghetti straps, back zipper. ***There is some fraying of part of the cord embroidery at the top right underarm (see last photo). Straps have enough extra that they could be made longer by picking off at back and re-attaching at a different length. (see photos) Label says Creme, no content or size tags, should fit size small. Measures 34" around bust, 28" around waist, length is 35". Fabric does not stretch. Shown on a size small model with 34" bust. This is a pre-loved, vintage second hand item.
