Vintage 1990s skirt, below knee to midi length. fabric is a bright floral cotton. Pleated to waistband, has side pockets, buttons down front. ***There is a small repaired hole on the under flap. This part does not shown as it is inside. See last photo*** Label says Liz Sport Petite, 100% Cotton, Size 8 on tag. Measures 28" around waistband, length is 31". Fabric and waistband do not stretch.
