Size S Vintage 1990s Strapless Mini Dress

Vintage 1990s strapless mini dress in a medium to heavy weight fabric with some stretch. Bra cups have been sewn in, they can be carefully removed with a seam ripper, if desired. (see photos) Dress looks like it was taken up at some point (see photos) No labels, should fit size small. Measures 31" around bust, stretching to about 34", 28" around waist, 40" around hip, Length is 29". Shown on a size small model with 34" bust. This is a pre-loved, vintage second hand item.
