Size S Zara Blue "Jean" Mini Dress with Tie Up Waist

Bought this dress at a Zara in Paris but only wore it once on that trip. Just doesn't suit my style! Aside from the slight wrinkling (easy to steam out) it's pretty much like new. Plus it has pockets! Fairly lightweight dress — I'm 5'8" and it falls about 3 inches above my knee. Bought for $40, selling for $20
