Size S to M 1990s Basics Shell Fringe Mesh Top or Vest

Cropped Top or vest in a cotton mesh fabric, front wooden buttons, bottom braid trim and seashell and bead fringe. ***There is a loose thread on inside of top, has been tie off and speed sew applied so it will not come loose (see last photo)*** Label says Basics, size tag has been removed but should fit a size S to M. Mesh part has some stretch, braid at bottom of top makes the bottom have only a slight stretch. Measures about 35" around bust, 28" around bottom, length is 13", fringe length is 2". Shown on a size small model with 34" bust.
