Suzy Shier blouse in a lightweight, sheer grey coloured polyester fabric. Elastic around bottom and neckline, half length sleeves with elastic around cuffs. Can be worn off shoulder. Label says Suzy Shier, 100% Polyester, Size small on tag. Should fit size small to medium. Measures 45" around bust, 29" around bottom elastic, length is 24". Shown on a size small model with 34" bust. Fabric does not stretch.
