Size S to M Vintage 1970s Black Velvet Maxi Dress AS IS

Vintage 1970s maxi dress in a nice black velvet fabric. Side zipper, lower side slit. ***The shoulder straps are pieces of braid trim and will probably have to be replaced as they are frayed and stretched out (see photos) Dress is quite long, may need to be hemmed to a shorter length*** Price reduced No labels, looks handmade, should fit size small to medium. Measures 36" around bust, 29" around waist, 40" around hip, length is 59". Fabric does not stretch. Shown on a size small model with 34" bust.
