Size S to M Vintage 1970s Faux Suede Coat Dress

Vintage 1970s coat dress in a very soft medium weight faux suede fabric, tan color. Front buttons, long cuffed sleeves, pockets, matching belt, pleats at top shoulders, below knee length. Could also be a light jacket. ***Some weak spots at back underarms, probably from being stretched (see last photos)*** Price reduced. Label has been removed, should fit size small to medium. Measures 39.5" around bust, 40" around hip, length is 43". Fabric does not stretch. Shown on a size small model with 34" bust.
