Size S to M Vintage 1980s Back Button Puff Sleeve Dress

Vintage 1980s dress in a medium weight teal blue polyester fabric with stripes and a bit of shine. Elastic waist, pleats at top bodice, long cuffed puff sleeves, back covered buttons and loops. Below knee length. No labels, probably handmade, should fit size small to medium. Measures 41" around bust, 25-31" around waist, length is 43" from shoulder to hem. Shown on a size small model with 34" bust. This is a pre-loved, vintage second hand item.
