Size S to M Vintage 1980s French Maid Long Sleeve Night Gown

Vintage 1980s nightgown in a medium weight pale green fabric, probably polyester. Just below knee length. Long cuffed sleeves, pin tuck pleats on front yoke with 2 buttons, lace trim, gathers at top sleeve and back yoke. ***The inside of the fabric is somewhat fuzzy and has some light pilling. Does not show on outside.*** Label says French Maid, fabric content too faded to read. Size small on tag, should fit size small to medium. Bust measures about 45" around, hip measures 52" around, Length is 41" from top shoulder to hem. Fabric does not stretch. Shown on a size small model with 34" bust. This is a pre-loved, vintage second hand item.
