Size S to M Vintage 1980s Obsessions Blue Dress

Vintage 1980s dress in a medium weight blue polyester fabric. Long sleeves, ruching and buckle at side front, back zipper. There are large shoulder pads which can be removed, if desired. Length is just below knee. Label says Obsessions. No size label but should fit size S to M. Measures about 36" around bust, 29" around waist, length is 42". Fabric does not stretch. Shown on a size small model with 34" bust.
