Size S to M Vintage 1980s Orite peplum Blouse

Vintage 1980s blouse with long puff sleeves, front buttons, elastic waist and peplum ruffle, longer in the back. ***Elastic in waist has been replaced*** Label says Orite, 100% Polyester, Made in Canada with a union label, Size 11/12 on tag, should fit small to medium. Measures 40" around bust, 22" around waist, stretching to about 29", length is 24"in front and 31" in back. Fabric does not stretch. Shown on a size small model with 34" bust. This is a pre-loved, vintage second hand item.
