Size S to M Vintage 1980s Tosca Polka Dot Dress

Vintage 1980s dress in a medium to heavy weight fabric, black with white polka dots. Just below knee length. Long sleeves, partial front buttons, red godets (insets) at hem, attached red pocket square. ***Dress has not been cleaned as I was unsure of content, will probably need dry cleaning, although there are not obvious marks.*** Label says Tosca, size tag has been removed but should fit a small to medium. Measures 37" around bust, 30" around waist, 40" around hip, length is 41" from shoulder to hem. Fabric does not stretch. Shown on a size small model with 34" bust. This is a pre-loved, vintage second hand item.
