Vintage 1990s fooler sweater. Black cardigan with front blouse part attached. Cannot be separated. Black and white houndstooth with ruffles and front buttons. ***Some stitching missing on top of neck ruffle (see last photo)*** Tag has been partially removed, should fit size small to medium. Measures about 37" around bust, length is 26". Shown on a size small model with 34" bust.
