Size S to M Vintage 1990s Penman's Midi Skirt Blue

Vintage 1990s midi length skirt in a medium weight polyester fabric, navy bluu with lighter blue design. Waist is flat in front, elastic in back. Some pleats at front waistband. Label says Penmans, 100% Polyester, Made in Canada. Size looks like a small, should fit size small to medium. Measures 28" around waist, stretching to about 32", length is 35".
