Size S to M Vintage 1990s Vainglory Pleated Skirt

Vintage 1990s skirt in a black medium to heavy weight fabric. Pleated with ribbon trim around waistband, back zipper and hook and eye. Just below knee length. Label says Vainglory, Polyester/Rayon, Size 40 European (about a size 10 CAN/US), should fit size small to medium. Measures 28" around waist, length is 23". Fabric and waistband do not stretch. This is a pre-loved, vintage second hand item.
