Size XL (vintage size 16) 90s silk button up blouse from Principles

100% silk beautiful turquoise emerald tone vintage button up. 1990s. Good vintage condition. Has some spots but I think a dry clean woulds solve (see photos). No holes or tears. Principles brand. Vintage Size 16, fits like an XL or loose L.
