Size XS Bell Sleeve Wrap Blouse Black and White NWT

Wrap around blouse made from polyester fabric with white cotton trim and ties. Pointed at front, center back. Bell sleeves with points. Tie passes through opening in side then both ties wrap around back and tie in front. Can also be tied at side, as shown in last photos, leaving front loose. Size XS. Measures up to 34" around bust, 30" around waist, 35" around top hip. Size is somewhat adjustable because of the wrap around style. Fabric does not stretch. Individually handmade in Canada.
