Vintage 1960s maxi skirt in a medium weight fabric, feels like cotton or a cotton blend. Pleated to waistband with 2 pleats in front, 2 in back. Back Lightning brand zipper and button, lined. ***Has been hand washed in cold and air dried, as a slight vintage smell.*** No labels, probably handmade, should fit size XS. Measures 24" around waistband, length is 39". Fabric and waistband do not stretch. This is a pre-loved, vintage second hand item.
