Size XS Vintage 1960s Velvet And Lace Dress

Vintage 1960s knee length dress with green velvet bodice, green lace skirt with beige fairly stiff lining. Puff sleeves, side zipper. ***There is a repair in fabric above zipper, small hole in back by sleeve edge (see last photos). Dress has not been dry cleaned, has a bit of a vintage smell.*** No labels, probably handmade, should fit size XS. Measures 32.5" around bust, 25" around waist, length is 38". Fabric does not stretch.
