Vintage 1980s full skirt in a medium weight black and grey fabric, feels like cotton or cotton blend. Skirt pleated to waistband, belt loops, back zipper and button. Below knee length. No labels, should fit size XS. Measures 25" around waistband, length is 26.5". Fabric and waistband do not stretch. This is a pre-loved, vintage second hand item.
