Vintage 1980s dress in a medium weight polyester fabric with a small amount of stretch, blue with yellow, red stripes, slightly shiny. Long cuffed sleeves, cowl style neckline, does up with 2 buttons at back neck. gathers at top shoulders, elastic waist. Just below knee length. ***Elastic in waist has been replaced*** Label has been removed, should fit size XS. Measures about 35" around bust, 20" around waist, stretching to about 27", 38" around hip, length is 41". This is a pre-loved, vintage second hand item.
