Size XS Vintage 1990s Finnigans Pleated Midi Skirt

Vintage 1990s midi length skirt in a black cotton or cotton blend fabric with pink ribbon trim, pleated tiers, back zipper. Label says Finnigans, Size 32 European, should fit XXS to XS. Measures 24" around waist, 36.5" around hip, length is 29.5". Fabric does not stretch. This is a pre-loved, vintage second hand item.
