Vintage 1980s sleeveless cropped blouse in a red poly/cotton blend fabric. Front buttons, ruffles, low cut in front with low back, elastic in waist, back hem handgs lower than front. Label says 65% Polyester 35% Cotton, Machine Washable, Made in Canada, Size 9 on tag, fits like an XS to Small. Measures 34" around bust, 24" around waist, stretching to about 28", length is 18" in front and 23" in back. Fabric does not stretch.
