Size XS to S Vintage 1990s Sheer Maxi Skirt

Vintage 1990s maxi length skirt in a sheer polyester fabric, elastic waist. No labels, probably handmade, should fit size XS to small. Measures 22" around waistband, stretching to about 26", length is 37.5". Fabric does not stretch. This is a pre-loved, vintage second hand item.
