wenschz @yolavolia Hello! There is a slight stretch to the fabric,but it's denim, so not super stretchy.The wast is adjustable on each side with a buckle. Fully open, they are just under 37 inches around (the buckles can make them smaller if desired. ) The hips are just over 40" I posted a couple extra photos to show measurements. I hope this helps :)
