Skirt and Jacket

Black outfit, elegant fitted designed. Skirt is 30 inches long, waist band is 27 inches, zipper and button, back button has 6 buttons and loops, making slit 10 inches. The Jacket is 23inches long, has pleats to flaps, has 2 pocket flaps ( no pocket) buttons in front and lovely neck line , the bottom of the jacket a bit of a flare. Sleeve is 20 inches long and the circumference at the top of the sleeve is 17 inches.
