Skirt wrap around Possible Xlarge I am guessing polyester [ No Tag] with Red / White flowers My guess is this is a Xlarge no tags This has 2 button in which can be move to make smaller or a little larger - adjustable 17" Inches across the top so double that going around The button could be moved either way a inch or more or less 37" Inches long There is 16" of material tucked underneath The material had to be pinned way to big for this mannequin
