Skirt - blue, short, stretchy

For sale is a dark navy blue stretchy skirt with silver sparkles. Purchased from Sports Expert or something similar store decades ago. Brand name is Powder Room. I liked it so much I purchased two of the same, wearing one, and outgrowing it's successor. The material is very unique, stretchy, and almost a little fuzzy. Size Large. Measurements are pictured, and are approximate.
