2-in-1, but only one piece cute skirted leggings, very demure fabric is similar to that of swimwear No brand tag, size says XL but fits much smaller Approx. measurements in flat lay: wsist: 13 inches, unstretched length: 36 inches washed, but unworn... too small for me
