Skort Romper Forever 21

A size small romper from Forever 21. It is white and black with a dogtooth pattern. It has a "skort" style bottom, shorts covered with a skirt in the front. This was too small for me and never worn. Great condition, no visible wear or damage. The top of the garment does not have much extra space, and would probably not be comfortable for someone with a large chest. This item is washed and clean, but comes from a home with cats.
