Slate Blue/Silver Pleated Dress

Boutique Chantal Paris slate blue/gray dress is perfect for any occasion, would be fantastic for graduation events. Pleats on top add interest. Top is lined, skirt is unlined and hits above the knee. Bought for event a number of years ago but only worn briefly to try on, new with tags.
