Sleeveless Dark Blue Pleated Chiffon Blouse with Keyhole Neckline

A sleeveless blouse in dark blue/navy. The front is a beautiful chiffon fabric that is pleaded horizontally and vertically for a unique design with a small keyhole opening in the neckline. The back is a stretchy material that makes this blouse fit so comfortably. Little longer length great for tucking. Just a little wrinkled from storage, but otherwise in good used condition with one small hole on the back near the tag. Hole has been sealed to prevent spreading- very minimal and hard to see when worn. No filters are used on my listing photos, but as items are lightly used, vintage and/or have sat in my closet unworn, please view pictures carefully.
