Sleeveless Floral Blouse by INC size 2X

I felt fabulous is this top. It is so very pretty and flattering. I would pair it with my favourite cream capri pants and received many compliments. Wore a handful of times so it is in great condition. There is a soft elastic as the bottom so it lays nicely over the pants.
