Sleeveless Top - VERY Flattering Design - Ontario Designer

I bought this at a small shop in Ottawa but it's to small for my figure. I may have worn/washed it once, but I'm not sure. It's in NEW condition. Fabric has stretch and is made with a very flattering shape. There is no size tag but I think it fits like a Medium. I'm not a professional. Item is priced to sell.
