English Factory from Nordstrom Ladies SMALL/2/4 Gorgeous sleeveless top. Vest bodice, side panels to allow for “cutout” style. Back length is approx 7” longer than bodice, and split into two tails. This top looks amazing under a blazer, alone with jeans or paired with a skirt.
