Navy blue with flowers sleeveless blouse. Hook & eye closure at neck in back. Lightweight material. Material is 100% viscose. Blouse is 28” from top of shoulder to bottom of front hem. Back is about 1” longer. Blouse purchased at Simon’s department store.
