Sleeveless summer maxi dress

EUC USL - best guess. No labels - sorry Brown and red stripes on white Loose fitting deep V neck with open sleeves into a smocked wide elastic waist. Pencil skirt with splits half way on each side. Deep v back with a tie across the shoulders. No labels whatsoever. The fabric is an open weave (gauze?) and I feel like this was a H&M dress but can’t be sure. Z0702
