On/off switch, modern slim design and foldaway side mirrors with a magnifying and regular mirror. It measures 12 1/2" x 9 3/4" and comes in the original box, with instructions. funkyfeederfind @devgirl26 Hi, I'm not sure I looked all over the box and mirror and there is no date. If I had to guess it might be from the 80's or 90's. It was made in China and imported to a company in Canada. The older vintage ones are bigger and this is the slimline. I purchased it from an estate sale. The woman had passed and had tons of items that were like brand new in her basement. Hope that helps. Victoria
