This Slowton hands-free dog carrier is brand new without tags. It has a comfortable padded strap around the back as well as padding on the front. It has one large pocket on the outside and one large pocket in the inside that could hold wallet, Keys phone, etc. There is a small mesh open pocket that could hold a cup or a water bottle. and then a small zippered pocket for smaller items at the rear. I ordered this for my jack Russell and it was a bit small. I would say it fits a dog roughly 10 to 15 pounds.
