Small Forever 21 Plaid Dress

Forever 21 pencil style dress with a small flare at the bottom in size small, never worn. The material is quite soft and stretchy. It was a bit tight on me but the dress goes down to my mid-thigh. Would look super cute with a thin white turtleneck underneath!
