Small Porcelain Delft Blue Holland Bag with Windmill Scene

This small porcelain piece is shaped like a classic shopping bag with blue handles and imagery of a windmill on both sides. It is handpainted and made by Holland for Ter Steege. The original tag is still attached as well. The tag is a little worn (showing some age), and there are some small scratches on the handles, but otherwise, it's in great condition.
