Small Striped Speckled Pottery Vase Etched with House Hills and Birds in Flight

adorable little speckled pottery vase / planter in tones of brown and tan with pretty ombre blue glaze etched with a hillside scene with a house and some birds in flight has a very faint marking on the bottom, but I can't make it out in excellent condition measures approx 2.5" tall, approx 2.5" across opening
