Small forever 21 Graphic print drawstring flowy skirt

Edge and fun print. Really nice chiffon flowy material with drawstrings from Forever 21. can be dressed up or down. Says smell but fits big, more like a medium. (PS. everything I sell has been pre washed unless new with tags or dry clean only!)
