Small framed print Paris Arc de triomph J Chardon style French chic vintage

Vintage wall art, appears to be a high quality print. Excellent vintage condition, can’t make out signature but could be J Chardon or a similar artist. Very pretty but just didn’t fit in the space I bought it for. I have another different vintage print in a matching frame in my closet.
