Small olive green hand painted coaster from Israel

This is a lovely hand painted coaster, it’s some kind of metal. The sticker on the back indicates it’s hand created and finished by Chen Adullam from Israel, designed by R. Dayagi. The image is of a person on a camel with palm trees in the back, and part of the camel and person appear to be unfinished / not painted in. It’s been part of my collection for years and I’m not sure how old it really is. It’s a really nice addition to an antique / vintage collection. 3.5” in diameter
