Small vintage porcelain handpainted vase

Off-white antique porcelain ceramic vase shaped like a potli bag, with textured exterior (much like a stucco effect) and colourful hand-painted floral patterns. In excellent vintage condition; some cracking visible in the interior of the vase. Markings on bottom: 37 stamped, 65 handwritten in red, signature etched (JI or JL).
