Smart Set Medium/Large Black Collar Short Dress

Smart Set black collar dress. Size large (but can also fit medium). Fits to mid thigh (depending on your height, I'm 5' 4)100% Polyester. Gently used. All of my clothes have ever only been washed in cold water and hung to dry or dry cleaned. 100% Polyester. Smoke fee, pet free home. Purchased in either the late 90s or early 2000s. Button on back of neck line. 100% polyester. Worn out in my much younger years, was one of my favourite pieces. Been just hanging in my closet for over a decade.
